2. Where are we located exactly?

Toronto is where we live, but our shop is based online so we can send to just about anywhere in the world.

3. What are your products made of?

We use all premium quality materials that are built to last and withstand a lot wear.  For jewellery we try and stick with stainless steel as it appears to be safer for everyone to wear.  When we produce our t shirts / hoodies – we use premium 100% rolled cotton.  For Snapback hats we go all over the place with top shelf Linen, Cotton, Denim & canvas.  We embroider with silk/cotton our watches and sunglasses are acrylic and wood.  

4. Is your jewelery considered costume jewellery?

NO! This is not costume jewelery!
G FOX GEMS quality is refined- we use good quality material so that it lasts, does not turn your skin weird colors, and is durable as well as beautiful.  We often get customers sending us their H&M jewellery because it’s falling apart and they want us to recreate it in real material like sterling silver and golds.

5. Could I lose a stone from one of the pieces I buy?

*%&! Happens – We do our best to damage control every piece of jewellery that is shipped out from our office. – We’re not perfect! But we will help any customer that has an issue with something being defective for natural reasons. Please see our disclaimer policy on merchandise. Our in house goldsmith and diamond setter are two of the top jewellery professionals in Canada, you are in good hands.
