For those of you who are new to G FOX GEMS or those of you who never really paid attention to the “behind the scenes” footage, well, I’m a trans guy. I’ve been transitioning for nearly a year now and it’s really changed the way I lead my brand. I’ll be celebrating my 30th birthday in a few weeks and all I think about is how BLESSED I am. I used to hear that word and think that it really wasn’t my style to say it because i’ve never, until now, considered myself a spiritual person. I tried the obligatory meditation for urban professionals -evenings, and sure i’ve attempted some Bikram years back, but never thought i’d use the word, blessed the way I do now, never thought i’d be so enlightened.   Everything I’ve gone through has led me to become so much more clear in business.  I always did, but I value my customers so much more, and I value the face to face time  I get to have with them, even if it is over some haggling at Pride, on the street, in the heat and super loud music coming from the booth.  I’ve made so many brothers, sisters, confidants that I would have never met, had I not decided to rip the band-aid off and just become the soft guy I always knew I was.  So i’m writing this blog to say I’m blessed, to be loved by my family, my incredible rock in life Milli (my fiance) and the friends, fans that pour so much light into my world.  I love you
